I reached out to Platinum Cars Marietta about a BMW M850i they had in their inventory, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. Jason Bush and David Patel promptly answered all my questions, providing clear and transparent details about the car and its pricing.Unfortunately, we couldn’t finalize the deal as the vehicle had a damaged part that they weren’t able to replace, but they did offer me a small discount to accommodate the issue, which I genuinely appreciated. However, since I’m investing over $50K in a car, I preferred to have it delivered fully fixed, so I decided to put the purchase on hold to explore other options.Despite this, I truly valued their transparency, urgency in addressing my concerns, and overall customer service. My wife and I had a great experience buying our X7 here. Desmond was the perfect salesman from the start. He was patient and very transparent through the whole process and never once did I feel overly pressured. We had pretty low intentions on buying and honestly were pretty burnt out with all the sleaze ball salesmen lately. But from sales to finance everything felt very straightforward. I understand that everyone has to make money here and it felt like one of the very few times I’ve bought a car where everyone involved got a pretty fair deal. I’ll definitely be back to do business with Platinum again.
