I would like to firstly give our salesman credit. Eddie was great. And his trainee, Bryce, was amazing as well. But!!!! Mostly!!!! The finance manager, Josh Hatch, made everything work out amazingly!!! He worked a miracle and got all the numbers to match where we needed to be! Very humble and down to earth guy!!!! Love him!!!! I went to Platinum and initially dealt with one representative, but ended up meeting Hassan. From the moment we met, I knew with his refined sophistication that he was the right person to aid me. Not only did he take the time to explain my big purchase he also emphasized the importance of an extended warranty for my particular vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Despite some obstacles along the way, Hassan never left my side and guided me through the process with ease. Platinum has become like family to me, and I appreciate that they stood by their word and made sure everything that was promised to me was taken care of. Hassan is a trustworthy man He is a finance guy who will educate you on your purchase and work to get you the best deal possible. I highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new car. I am super late writing this review, but better late than never. My daughter graduated (with honors, so proud) back in May and her father and I decided we were going to get her a car because she is so amazing! We thought it would be a breeze, but due to inflation and interest rates at an all-time high, we were feeling defeated as every deal we tried to work out was not in the budget.
