I recently purchased a BMW from Platinum cars at their Marietta location and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Jason was my sale associate, when I called in he had 2 vehicles matching what I was looking for outside and ready to view within the hour. Not only that, after I purchased my car and found a nail in the tire, I brought it back the same day and they replaced the tire for me. And when I brought my car into BMW for inspection, it passed it perfectly! Everything was so smooth and easy my mom wants to buy a car from them now!

Jason was awesome, he was transparent throughout the process. I have a pretty cool story, I drove about 4 hours to trade in my car and when I got there I realized that I didn’t have my key (it was a Tesla so my phone was my key) they took my trade without a key based off of my word that I would ship the key. I thought that was pretty cool and made for a great customer experience, having bought 30+ vehicles in the last 5 or so years Jason and Platinum have earned a repeat customer.
